Nickel alloy round bar is used to manufacture shafts, fasteners, valves, pump components, fittings and other machined parts for chemical processing, oil and gas, marine, aerospace and power generation applications.

Common grades include Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Monel 400, Nickel 200 and Nickel 201.

Nickel alloy round bar is available in a wide range of diameters and lengths. Standard stock sizes, cut-to-length pieces and custom dimensions can be supplied according to machining and fabrication requirements.

Depending on the alloy grade, nickel alloy round bar can be supplied to standards such as ASTM B160, ASTM B164, ASTM B166, ASTM B425, ASTM B574 and ASTM B637, as well as corresponding ASME and international specifications.

Available surface conditions may include hot finished, cold drawn, peeled, turned, ground and polished. The appropriate finish depends on the required dimensional tolerance, surface quality and final machining process.
