Nickel alloy wire is used for springs, fasteners, welding products, heating elements, electrical components, wire mesh and control cables operating in corrosive or high-temperature environments.

Common grades include Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Monel 400, Nickel 200 and Nickel 201.

Available products may include straightened wire, coiled wire, welding wire, spring wire, resistance wire and fine wire. Supply options depend on the selected alloy, diameter, temper and intended application.

Depending on the alloy and application, nickel alloy wire can be supplied to standards such as ASTM B164, ASTM B166, ASTM B425, ASTM B574, ASTM B637 and AWS specifications for welding products.
