Nickel alloy pipe and tube are widely used in chemical processing, oil and gas, power generation, marine engineering, aerospace and heat treatment systems where corrosion resistance, heat resistance and mechanical strength are required.

Pipe is generally specified by nominal pipe size and schedule, while tube is usually specified by exact outside diameter and wall thickness. Tubes are commonly used in heat exchangers, condensers and instrumentation systems where tighter dimensional tolerances are required.

Common grades include Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Monel 400, Nickel 200 and Nickel 201.

Seamless pipe is often selected for high-pressure, high-temperature and critical service conditions. Welded pipe is a practical option for larger diameters, custom dimensions and applications where its qualified weld construction meets the required standard.
